I asked permission from my parents, and they allowed me to go as long as I came home early but we ended up staying out until around 10 PM. Good thing I was with my boyfriend and my friends, so I felt safe the whole time. They were giving out free hamburgers at the Bambanti Festival, sponsored by Governor Bojie Dy. They were supposed to give only one burger per person, but because there were so many people, they couldn’t remember who already got one. So, we kept lining up and ended up getting several burgers without them noticing. One of my friends even stuffed the extra burgers inside her bag, and another one hid one in his shorts. We were laughing so much it was one of the funniest moments of the night.
My boyfriend also bought me a balloon with little lights inside. I told him not to, but he insisted, and honestly, I felt so kilig. We also tried that food that releases smoke when you eat it, and after that, we bought two rabbits one male and one female. When it was time to go home, we almost panicked because we ran out of gas, but luckily, we found a gas station nearby. We put in ₱100 worth of gasoline and continued our ride home, finally arriving around 11 PM. Before we parted ways, I said goodbye to my bebeloves, ending the night with a warm and happy feeling.
