MANILA — Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro on Tuesday shared a copy of her letter to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in which she pledged to help probe flood control projects in the province following the devastation caused by typhoon Tinio.
Baricuatro said that when Marcos visited Cebu on Friday, she handed him a letter stating: “Our province stands ready to assist in all investigative and recovery efforts, and to work closely with your administration toward long-term resilience rooted in transparency, science, and accountability.”
